Our providers are not currently taking on new patients, but you are welcome to add your name to our waitlist. Please do not complete this form if you currently have a health care provider (doctor or nurse practitioner) in the region.
New patients will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and only once our providers are accepting new patients. We will contact people in the order that requests were received. Please be patient and wait for a member of our team to get in touch with you.
You may also find a family doctor or nurse practitioner who is accepting new patients by registering with the provincial government's program, Health Care Connect. With this service, a nurse finds a doctor or nurse practitioner for you.
