What we do:
We are part of the Tay River Family Health Organization, located at the Tay River Health Centre in Perth, Ontario. In our primary care practices, we provide full-scope care with the support of our talented medical office staff and Registered Practical Nurses.

Locum Program
Physicians are eligible for the Rural Family Medicine Locum Program (RFMLP) which helps to support the viability of rural practice and maintain ongoing primary medical care in eligible communities in Ontario by providing short-term locum coverage for practising rural family physicians.
Hospital
We work in the Great War Memorial (Perth) and Smiths Falls sites of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital to support several facets of comprehensive patient care within the community. Within the hospital, there are opportunities to work in the emergency department, provide newborn care, hospitalist services, surgical assist, palliative care, etc.
Medical Education
Our team is dedicated to supporting medical learners and committed to offering teaching and learning opportunities in our rural setting. Learners will be exposed to the full scope of patient care within the rural context including, but not limited to primary care, hospitalist, emergency department, palliative care, etc.
